The Micro-learning/Metacognitive Approach
It is rare that we are taught how to learn. It’s even rarer to be shown how we can develop non-academic skills that require more than memorization but rather require transformation.
By familiarizing our participants with the approach to developing durable skills, we prepare their minds to view the lessons and content in a different more holistic light. We assist them in applying the material and develop the traits, qualities, mindsets, and attitudes they will need to be successful in the workplace and life.
