Western Business Culture Workshop
Due to the high demand for this workshop, we can only schedule you for the next available workshop. You will not be required to pay the workshop fee until you are approved and can confirm your availability for the dates we provide for the next available workshop.
This workshop requires an investment of time, money, and energy. We don’t want you to waste your time, ours, or the time of the other participants. Do not apply unless you are 100% ready to engage and participate. If you are accepted, the cost of the workshop is $150.00 USD
The workshop is eight weeks long. We meet three times a week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, for about 45 minutes. The time will be determined based on your time zone, and is usually after 5:00 pm. Additional time devoted to the program will be determined by your team. However, a minimum of five hours per week is expected for you to be awarded a certificate of completion.
Missing more than four meetings will disqualify you from earning a certificate of completion. No refunds will be awarded if you miss more than four meetings.
You must post a performance rating of 3 or above to receive a certificate of completion. Be prepared to participate and engage. View the workshop as work, not a classroom, and you should achieve the necessary performance rating.
You will need Zoom, and a willingness to engage, participate, get out of your comfort zone and grow. This is not simply reviewing academic content. This interactive project-based workshop is designed to help you develop the mindsets required to perform at the highest level in the workplace.
