Implementing MindSage Professional Durable Skills Lessons.

Every school and organization is unique. The time allocated for teaching non-core academic subjects varies, and in most cases, it is very limited.

We recognize this diversity and collaborate with you, tailoring our professional skills program to suit the specific needs and schedules of your school or organization.

Our durable skills lessons and approach are flexible and customizable.

Durable Skills Lesson Implementation: Teacher-led

Step 1

We work together with teachers, providing initial training and closely working with them to determine how best to implement the durable skills program in their school. This includes deciding how much time to spend, on which days, and which lessons will ultimately be covered.

Step 2

Next, we supply the MindSage training lessons in the preferred format, aligned with the decided time allocation and schedule.

Finally, we provide additional implementation PD to address any remaining questions, ensuring all involved in the program both students and teachers are prepared and understand how to make the most out of each lesson.

Note: Buy-in from program administrators/facilitators is crucial for the success and long-term impact of this professional durable skills program. We strongly recommend professional development (PD) for all those involved.

Lesson formats: Adapted for the classroom

The MindSage approach to professional durable skills training is specifically designed to simplify implementation for educators or lesson facilitators. We make it easy.

Lesson plans can be customized to fit any schedule, and content can be re-purposed for seamless integration into an existing Learning Management System (LMS) or learning platform.

Teachers can instruct directly from lessons on the MindSageAcademy.com website. Or if needed students can work asynchronously through the same online lessons.

Durable Skills Certificate Program Implementation: Trainer-led

Step 1

We collaborate with stakeholders to identify the optimal time for our trainers to deliver our Durable Skills Certificate training.

While the program adheres to a weekly schedule, there is flexibility regarding the timing, such as during lunch breaks, free periods, or after school.

Normally applicants are interviewed.

Step 2

Our professional trainers initiate the program, engaging directly with your students in a real-world work environment, and collaborating on live projects.

Your involvement in the certification workshop/internship can be tailored to your time and desire to participate.

The eight-week certification program (levels one to four) integrates durable skills training into live projects, incorporating case studies and brainstorming scenarios to help students develop the coveted durable skills sought by employers.
