Durable Skills Certification Training

Levels I, II, III and IV

The MindSage Durable Skills Certification, also referred to as Core Professional Skills Training (CPS), is structured across four levels. Each training session spans eight weeks, enabling you to cultivate the positive traits, qualities, mindsets, and habits that employers actively seek. You'll engage in this journey in real-time alongside other like-minded young individuals. If accepted, be ready to step out of your comfort zone and experience substantial growth.

• The workshops are currently all online. We’ll meet on Zoom every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:00 Pacific time (7:00 p.m. East Coast time), for up to an hour. Your team will determine how much additional time you will spend completing your live project.

CPS requires a commitment of time, money, and effort to make the transformations required to perform at the highest levels in school, the workplace, and life. Do not apply unless you are able to commit 100%.

The CPS certification training should be taken sequentially. After completing all three CPS courses, you may be eligible to earn a MindSage Durable Skills certificate of completion. Completing the level four training will allow you to qualify for the MindSage Durable Skills Certificate of Competency or Mastery.

Develop core professional soft skills as part of a live project, in a real-world work setting! Be ready to share your ideas, give and receive feedback, and collaborate with other motivated MindSage participants.

To be considered for the program, you must apply for each the CPS training, as workshops are restricted to a maximum of 24 participants. Upon acceptance, we’ll meet with you to answer any questions and confirm your qualifications.

CPS Workshops are scheduled at the start of each quarter. Winter: January, February, Spring: April-May, Summer: July-August, Fall: Oct-November,

All current CPS workshops are full. Apply to be considered for the next available workshop opening.

Do not apply unless you are able to commit 100%.

Note: MindSage Professional Durable Skills Completion (PSC) certificate is awarded to members who complete the entire program*. This is different from the MindSage Professional Durble Skills Competency or Mastery (PSM) certificate which is awarded based on Workshop performance.

*Missing more than three or more meetings may disqualify you from earning a PSC certificate. Peer reviews are also an important part of our assessment process and could impact your ability to earn the PSC certificate.
